To reserve a spot on our calendar, let us know your availability and class preferences.
We will send an invoice with an estimated number of attendees (that can be changed up to 2 weeks prior to the event). When the deposit is paid, you are locked in.
We will also send a link to our customer portal which allows you to collect a list of addresses to upload as a .CSV file OR send a link for employees to enter their addresses individually. Your completed addresses should be returned no later than two weeks out from the event.
