Typically domestic shipping is $12/kit. We pass shipping costs directly on to the customer; if extra cookies or icing are added, the shipping cost is adjusted accordingly.

Yes! We ship a kit directly to each attendee. If you have some employees in the office we can also bulk-ship kits to a single location

Yes, we do. The additional cost of the international label can vary from $20 to $60 or more. There are often customs charges associated with shipping internationally, and those fees will not be assigned to the shipment or be payable until it is in customs in the destination country. We can pay for the fees and invoice you after or you and/or your employee can handle the fees independently. Please communicate with your recipient to ensure the package is not declined due to import fees. This will delay the delivery. If they can communicate with UPS in their country directly, it will speed delivery.

Yes! We have gluten-free, vegan, and gluten-free vegan kits available for a surcharge of $8, $10, and $13 per kit, respectively.

We will send an invoice with an estimated number of attendees (that can be changed up to 2 weeks prior to the event). When the deposit is paid, you are locked in.

We will also send a link to our customer portal which allows you to collect a list of addresses to upload as a .CSV file OR send a link for employees to enter their addresses individually. Your completed addresses should be returned no later than two weeks out from the event.

We send the invoice for the predicted number of kits you’ll need. Two weeks prior to the event, you will confirm your final count before your last payment is submitted. Any changes made within two weeks of the event will incur additional fees for rush processing and shipping.

Our classes vary in length depending on which type you select. Typically they are from 45 minutes to 1 hour. However, we can easily accommodate a shorter time period if needed.

Each class is taught by an expert cookie maker. Our team boasts over 25 years of combined experience in cookie decorating. We promise to give a fun and engaging class for all who attend!

Yes! All of our themes can be customized to your needs except during the month of December when we offer winter, holiday, snowman, or gingerbread kits only.

Our most popular theme during the holiday season are our Winter kits which are seasonal without being holiday specific. Our most popular theme the rest of the year is the Cookies as Food-themed class.

You scheduled a class! Now what?

We ship 8-10 days prior to the event for domestic orders, and 2 weeks prior to international orders

If you have entered an email address with your addresses, a tracking number will automatically be sent to you via UPS

When you booked, you received an email containing a link to your customer portal where you can upload addresses as a .CSV file OR send a link for employees to enter their addresses individually.

No. You can either upload a csv document, manually enter them, or have an email sent to each participant so they can enter their own shipping information.

We need your addresses 14 days before your event to ensure timely packaging and handling of your order. Following receipt of your finalized list, we will adjust your invoice to reflect the final numbers.

Your final payment is due 13 days prior to your event so that we will be ready to ship at 10 days prior to your event. Unfortunately, we will not be able to ship without final payment.

Yes! We find it best if the class host (usually you) sets up the event on your end as you already have access to everyone’s information and calendars.
